Wooden queen cage available with removable tube for queen candy or a cork. Thinner than the traditional 3 hole wooden cages so that it fits between frames in a standard 8 or 10 frame hive without removing a frame.
We like these cages for banking virgins or queens when necessary. Note however that if using the tube with candy that care must be taken so that the bees cannot release the queens. In this case it may be better to use a cork or a wide base cell cup to prevent release.
