Oxalic acid dihydrate is approved for used in a vaporizer (sublimation via heat) or mixed with a sugar syrup and dribbled or sprayed on the bees. Can be used with honey supers on the hive. Oxalic acid dihydrate is most effective when little or no brood is present such as on packages, swarms or during natural or artificial brood cycle breaks. When capped brood is present multiple applications may bee needed. Follow the label.
