Rigid plastic stand with metal frame holder. The stand is approximatly 15.5" tall and is designed for 10 frame hive. Using a hive stand (of any type) makes it easier to work your hive and helps the hive protect itself from predators.
The stand is assembled by sliding each side together and locking them into place using the frame holders.
